While I don't necessarily doubt this is the case, what's the upside? Am I wrong in the assumption that inflating the sub count like that will discourage people thinking "she has enough subs, she doesn't need mine". Then again, shithead millionaire streamers exist.

Big numbers = more sponsor opportunities. It's why she relegated a bunch of boring content to her alt channel, she wants to keep a higher viewer average on main. As for why they're anonymous, I can only imagine it's because it really is Oath himself or some other mod doing it, and they'd rather keep some plausible deniability rather than let her mouth breather audience connect the dots and shatter the illusion she's built up.

Regardless, higher sub count won't discourage anyone, I bet if she was desperate enough she could pull a "subathon" out of her ass at any moment and actually rake in a lot more that way.

To be fair, Elina and Mikkaa, especially Mikkaa might be more used to cold weather than Storm, but the visual contrast between them is funny for sure
