I think she said in one of her stories that it wasn't a cosmetic surgery like a nose job it was a medical surgery to fix her breathing

It was either partially or entirely for cosmetic purposes. It looks pretty different to how it used to look (you can find her old account on tiktok "@ryndeers").
She probably just said it wasn't to avoid people judging her for it, she's stated multiple times how she was insecure of her profile in the past (because of her nose).
She's one of the few that it seems to actually look better on than her natural nose though so no complaints from me :peepoShrug:

I'd say yeah that's fair to say as a comparison. But it's also important to realize that is probably hurtful from her perspective. Her and elefire_the_elf goddddd. I'm still surprised there aren't more robust ai creations. I know some people have gotten real close to human in terms of manipulating stable diffusion or whatever the newest ones are, I'm sure it's out there somewhere though.
