At what point does consumer protection laws against commercial fraud kick in? McDonalds can't just go and advertise Big Macs, then have consumers purchase a Big Mac and receive a salad after paying for the product.
I feel like if people lawyered up and went after them for scamming theres a huge chance of winning. The only hold back is that would mean you’d have to publicly admit you paid $300 for a crappy ppv that was falsy advertised and thats the only reason no one has sued yet.

They deserve to get a comeuppance for scamming. But its the perfect industry to scam in. You would be publicly shamed if you openly admit to spending a substantial amount of money on porn lol. So nobody will ever admit to it lol
