yea I prefer those type of pov missionairy, cowgirl or doggy videos with nipples covered with pasties but the penetrating through the underwear looks weird and always moderates when i try to make it remove them

What I have found is that if you can generate an image with a persons mouth close to the nipples with things like "hugs near chest/waist" or something, then you can use "kisses/licks where his/her mouth is on torso" and it will work but then it's a game of luck to get it exactly on the nipples.
However if the generated image has the person sucking or licking the nipple already then it will get moderated.

Do experiment with the variations on the prompt. It's about what you're looking for. Not consistent success, but when it goes through it's been ridiculous. Or adding, "Intense, fast and rough - she whimpers and mewls." If you want a lot of sounds. "Makes loud high-pitched noises throughout, increasing. Frequent whimpering and mewling." has been very consistent. Changing a few words can make a lot of difference.
