I get where you could get that assumption (and a good amount of them do), but most of the time, it's just really bad rushjobs with makeup on the female, so they kiss and you see a bunch of makeup on the dude. It makes it's way into the "professional studio" scenes as well

Black dudes get that on their face because the white women wear makeup, and when they kiss the chicks, etc. it cakes on their face. You see this in almost every blackedraw scene.

Only guy I knew to be a real coke fiend was Louie Smalls. You can see in scenes like his blackedraw scene with Abella danger that the capillaries in his nostrils are vasodilated and he acts like a coke head lol.. Later in the scene he's also got a bit of a bloody nose.

He was a big coke fiend back in the day. Now he seems to mostly be on weed and more chill/lazy.
